Amanda Palmer blows minds. Whether she’s breaking hearts with her avant-garde songs and shows or Internet records (her Kickstarter effort to fund her next music project raised a whopping $1.2 million, making hers one of a handful of Kickstarter ideas to break $1 million), the thirty-six year keeps her adoring fanbase more than satisfied.
The singer has just released her newest single, The Killing Type, and details about a forthcoming tour that promises plenty of audience interaction and general awesomeness that you’d expect from Palmer and The Grand Theft Orchestra. They hit the road for the U.S. leg of the tour on September 10 in Philadelphia and eventually hop the pond for a handful of European shows.
