Dream-pop has become an overused descriptor when it comes to capturing the essence of lo-fi outfits that interweave sonic textures and demure vocals.  Unfortunately, Brooklyn band Field Mouse is going to hear it a lot when it comes to coverage of their sound.   If you listen closely, there’s a lot more power than airy wisp to be had on their synth-laden songs.
