Former Carolina Chocolate Drop Leyla McCalla, is set to release a stunning tribute to Langston Hughes with original cello music and the famed writer’s words on February 4, just days after Hughes’ birthday. Entitled Vari-Colored Songs: A Tribute to Langston Hughes, the collection is one of both historical and musical relevance.
